[ESRI software] A tabular database management system used by ArcInfo Workstation software to store and manipulate attributes of a GIS dataset in ArcInfo Workstation format. INFO databases are stored inside a workspace folder with subdirectories containing files that represent the geometry and topology that make up a coverage.
