[ESRI software] A suite of Web pages, deprecated in the 9.0 release, that guides users through the process of authoring configuration files, publishing services, designing Web pages, and administering sites. ArcIMS Manager combines the three independent applications (ArcIMS Author, ArcIMS Designer, and ArcIMS Administrator) into one wizard-driven framework. ArcIMS Manager resides on the Web server computer and can be accessed remotely. It is also referred to as the Web-based Manager and Remote Manager.
