[ESRI software] An ArcIMS component that tracks the state of the ArcIMS spatial server. When a computer system reboots, ArcIMS Monitor restarts services automatically by restarting the site configuration. This configuration is based on the setting saved in a serialized file ending in the file extension .sez.
